I had a mixed experience at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha. While the location is fantastic and the restaurant staff, especially Harriet, provided excellent service, I encountered some issues with my room. Upgrading to the Executive Suite definitely improved my stay, but I was disappointed by the initial room's condition and amenities. Overall, there's plenty of potential for a great stay here.
